A Duvall garage packed with storage was cleared, moisture tested and coated in dark blue-grey Nightfall flake Penntek polyurea in one day in April 2026.
At the consultation you could barely see the floor. This Duvall garage was doing what a lot of garages do: holding everything. Holiday inflatables, bins, a heater, cleaning supplies and boxes stacked to the rafters, all sitting on bare, dusty concrete. The walls were taped drywall, never painted. It was a storage room with a garage door.
In April 2026 the garage was emptied and Cascade installed a garage floor coating in Duvall with Certified Penntek polyurea in Nightfall flake. One day of work, and a floor that's finally worth putting things back on.

Nightfall is a deeper blend than most garage flakes, a blue-grey mix that looks almost slate in daylight. Against unpainted drywall and wood trim it gives the room a grounded, finished look. Darker blends hide scuffs, tire marks and the dust that comes off storage bins. Bare concrete is porous. It soaks up oil, sheds dust and slowly stains under whatever sits on it. That's why stored boxes always come out of a garage dusty on the bottom.
The polyaspartic topcoat on a Penntek floor is non-porous. Spills, oil, gas and road salt stay on the surface and wipe up. Watch the Penntek Stain Test to see it. Underneath, the polyurea bonds chemically with the concrete at over 1,300 PSI, so before the coating comes up, the concrete will come up.
The floor carries a limited lifetime warranty backed by Penntek, the manufacturer. Penntek sells its formulas only to certified dealers, and our post on what a Certified Penntek Dealer is explains why that matters for service down the road.
