A big Woodinville garage behind brick arches had a crack at the door and years of stains. Cascade repaired it and coated it in Pebble Beach flake in August 2025.
This Woodinville garage is the kind you notice from the street. Brick columns, white arched openings, and a long, deep space behind them with an arched window at the back. The floor did not match the rest. A crack ran across the slab right at the door, and the concrete was blotched with oil, rust-colored stains and years of tire marks. Part of the space also held a home gym and a riding mower.
In August 2025 Cascade put down a garage floor coating in Woodinville with Certified Penntek polyurea in Pebble Beach flake. The crack is gone from view and the floor finally looks like it belongs behind those arches.

The flake was also carried up the short stem wall at the door frames, so the edges look finished instead of stopping at a raw line.
Pebble Beach Evolution is a warm blend of tan, cream, gray and dark brown chips. Next to the red brick and the beige walls it reads warm instead of cold. With the big doors open in summer, sunlight pours across the floor, which is why the topcoat matters. FadeLock™ passed a 16-hour QUV accelerated UV test and won't yellow or amber.
The busy pattern also helps a garage that does more than park cars. Chalk from the gym, grass from the mower and grit off the driveway all blend into it.
Most slabs crack sooner or later. The question is what the coating does next. Rigid coatings can split right along the old line once the slab moves again. The Penntek basecoat is flexible. It moves with the slab through temperature swings and freeze-thaw instead of fighting it. The Penntek Stretch Test shows how far it can give.
Under that is the bond. The polyurea forms a chemical bond with the concrete at over 1,300 PSI. The floor carries a limited lifetime warranty backed by Penntek, registered on every job.

Cracks are filled with Penntek Mender before the basecoat goes down. The flexible polyurea moves with the slab, so it is much less likely to split along the old line than a rigid coating. New cracks can still form in any slab, and Cascade will tell you what to watch for.
