A 398 sq ft Issaquah garage bay with concrete walls and a stair platform got Mount Everest flake Penntek polyurea, with a second space coated to match.
Not every garage is a tidy rectangle. This one in Issaquah is a long, narrow bay with tall concrete walls on both sides, a wooden stair platform built over one end and a single door at the far end. The bare slab was dark, dusty and stained, and in a space shaped like a hallway the floor is most of what you see. Later, a second garage space on the property got the same treatment.
In November 2025 our crew installed a garage floor coating in Issaquah with Certified Penntek polyurea in Mount Everest flake, and in January 2026 they came back to coat the second space to match.
The free consultation was in September 2025. We tested more than one area, since the property had two separate garage spaces. Moisture readings came in at 3.5%, 3.6%, 4.4% and 3.7%. We read every slab with a meter and scratch-test the surface, because no two slabs on one property are guaranteed to behave the same.
